Billing, plans, and your trial

Your trial runs 14 days on the Producer plan with no card on file. If you don't subscribe, the account moves to the Free plan; your data is kept either way.

Change your account name and time zone

Admins edit the account name, description, and time zone under Account Settings. The time zone drives every date the app shows.

Check your updates in the notification bell

The bell in the top bar shows your unread updates: plan-limit notices at 80% and 100% and announcements from FourFoxes. Mark them read, dismiss them, or see them all on one page. Every role has it.

Choose your email alerts

On the Team page, each admin and owner picks their own alerts: CCP failure emails, the calibration reminder digest, and usage limit emails.

Invite teammates and set their roles

Admins invite teammates by email from the Team page and pick a role. Invites expire after 7 days.

Pause your account for the off-season

Admins and owners on a paid plan can pause billing for up to 120 days a rolling year. Pick a resume date; the pause starts when your billing period ends, and records stay readable and exportable but locked.

Secure your sign-in

Add two-factor authentication from the Security page: an authenticator app, recovery codes, and passkeys are all supported.
