Packaging materials, packaged lots, stages, shipments, and honest counts.

  • Correct counts and record waste

    Use Inventory Adjustments to enter corrected counts and Record Waste for losses. Every change is logged with who, when, and why.

  • Record a packaging purchase

    Record each packaging order with its line items and costs. FourFoxes tracks what remains and warns when stock runs low.

  • Set up package, closure, and label types

    Define each container once under Settings. The package type's fill size and unit are then used everywhere packaging is recorded.

  • Ship finished goods

    Click New Shipment, enter the customer and date, pick the lots and quantities, and save. Lot counts update and the customer is on record.

  • Track packaged inventory through stages

    Packaging a batch creates lots. Lots move through your post-packaging stages on the pipeline board until they are Ready for Sale.
