FourFoxes came out of more than a decade working inside food and beverage production — managing batches, chasing compliance records, and praying the right documentation was in the right binder when an auditor showed up. We didn't build this because we saw a market opportunity. We built it because we needed it and nothing good enough existed.
ORIGIN
The problem we lived with
Spreadsheets work until they don't. And in food and beverage production, "until they don't" usually comes at the worst possible moment — a supplier issue, an inspector at the door, a recall question that should take 30 seconds and takes three hours.
We ran production. We managed ingredient lots. We signed off on CCP checks and filed paperwork at the end of long shifts. We know what it looks like when a compliance system is technically in place but practically held together with sticky notes and goodwill.
The records existed. They just weren't traceable, searchable, or defensible.

So we built what we wished existed
FourFoxes is the tool we wanted when we were running production. Not a generic quality management platform repurposed for food. Not a spreadsheet with extra columns.
