Questions people actually ask.

What happens if I hit the Starter batch limit in a month?

You'll see a warning in the app when you reach 80% of the limit. At the limit, creating new batches pauses until your next billing period starts or you upgrade, which takes effect immediately and is prorated. Nothing is ever deleted: every existing record, export, and report keeps working.

What counts as a batch?

One production run logged in FourFoxes. Viewing, editing, packaging, or exporting existing batches never counts against the limit; only creating a new batch record in the billing period does.

Can I bring in my existing records?

Yes. Our own production history at Off The Deck Hot Sauce came across as one migration, and that same path is open to every new account. If your history lives in spreadsheets, contact us and we'll help you map it in.

Why doesn't Scale show a price?

Scale is for operations with custom compliance requirements, retention policies, and export formats, so the price depends on what you need. Talk to sales and you'll get a real number in the first conversation, not a discovery-call runaround.

The fine print, plainly. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. When your trial ends, your account pauses until you pick a plan; your records are kept, not deleted. Cancel anytime from your billing dashboard, and your plan runs through the period you already paid for. Your data is always yours: export your batch, CCP, and HACCP records whenever you want, with no limits.
