CCP logging
Set up critical control points, log checks from the floor, and handle failures.
-
Log a CCP check from the floor
Open Food Safety, then Monitoring, pick batch-linked or standalone, enter the reading, and save. The record is locked once saved.
-
Log calibrations and accuracy checks
Anyone can log an accuracy check from the Instruments list. Full calibration records are added by admins, and both are permanent.
-
Set up a CCP and its critical limit
Admins add CCPs from the template library or from scratch, set the critical limit, and attach the CCP to products so it shows up at packaging.
-
What happens when a CCP check fails
A failed check cannot be saved without a corrective action, the record is locked once saved, and opted-in admins get an email alert.
