Getting started

Set up your account, pick your workflow, and record your first batch.

  • Choose simple or advanced inventory

    Your account's inventory mode decides how packaging is recorded. Admins switch it on the Account Team page, and the change only affects future work.

  • Create your account and start your trial

    Sign up at the signup page with your work email and company name, verify your email, and your 14-day trial starts. No card needed.

  • Read the Today dashboard

    Today is your landing page. It shows which checks are due or missed, which batches are ready, and what got done today.

  • Record your first batch

    Click Create Batch, pick a product, set the start date, and save. FourFoxes assigns the batch number and earliest package date for you.

  • Run the setup wizard

    The owner-only wizard seeds your account in six steps: product types, CCPs, instruments, calibration methods and reasons, and products.

  • Set up products and product types

    A product type sets process defaults like fermentation and shelf life. A product picks a type and its CCPs. Batches inherit both.
