Getting started

Set up your account, pick your workflow, and record your first batch.

  • Create your account and start your trial

    Sign up with your work email and company name, enter the six-digit code we email you, then start in a sample account or your own. Your 14-day trial needs no card.

  • How packaging and inventory work

    Every account packages the same way: click Package Batch, pick the container, and enter how many you filled. FourFoxes records the run, draws packaging stock, and creates packaged inventory lots.

  • Read the Today dashboard

    Today is your landing page. It shows which checks are due or missed, which batches are ready, and what got done today.

  • Record your first batch

    Click Create Batch, pick a product, and save. The start date, batch number, and earliest package date are filled in for you.

  • Set up products and product types

    A product type sets process defaults like fermentation and shelf life. A product picks a type and its CCPs. Batches inherit both.

  • Set up your account with the starter setup

    New accounts get a starter setup on the Today dashboard: a product type, a first product, and a pH check to confirm, edit, or dismiss, plus a checklist to a first packaged batch.

  • Try FourFoxes with the sample account

    After you verify your email, choose Explore the sample setup to practice in a sample hot sauce account, or Start with real production. Switch to live deletes the sample and takes you to your own account.
