Create your account and start your trial

Sign up with your work email and company name, enter the six-digit code we email you, then start in a sample account or your own. Your 14-day trial needs no card.

  1. Go to the signup page. It is headed Start your free trial.
  2. Enter your Work email, your Company name, and a password in Password and Confirm password.
  3. Answer What do you make? (optional) if you like. FourFoxes uses your answer to suggest a starter product type, product, and pH check on the Today dashboard. You can skip it and answer later on the dashboard.
  4. Click Create my account.
  5. Check your inbox for a six-digit code. Type it into Verification code and click Verify my email. The code expires in 15 minutes. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder or click Send a new code.
  6. You are signed in and asked How do you want to start? Click Explore the sample setup to practice in a sample account first, or Start with real production to go straight to your own empty account. Either way you land on the Today dashboard.

If you close the page before entering the code, sign in with your email and password. FourFoxes asks for a new code before you can continue.

The sample account holds a fermented hot sauce product, two batches, and a pH check that is due today. Nothing in it is real. You can only choose it on this screen. While you are in it, a Sample mode bar shows at the top. Click Switch to live, then Switch to live and delete the sample, to delete it and move to your own account. Your own account, your login, and your trial are not touched.

You are the account owner. That means you can invite your team, change settings, and manage billing.

Your trial runs for 14 days and includes every feature. No card is needed. The trial starts on the Producer plan, unless you came from a plan's button on the pricing page, and that plan's user and batch limits apply during the trial.

If you signed up for the Free plan, the page is headed Create your free account instead. There is no trial and no time limit, and you can add up to 5 batches a month.

Fill in the signup form, then enter the six-digit code from your inbox.
One trial per email

Each email address gets one free trial, and address tags like +work count as the same inbox. If the address already has an account or has used its trial, no code arrives, so sign in instead. If your team already has a FourFoxes account, ask an admin to invite you instead of signing up again.
