Billing, plans, and your trial

Your trial runs 14 days with no card on file. Upgrade from the Billing page before it ends to keep access; your data is kept either way.

The trial. Every new account starts a 14-day trial with no credit card. The trial unlocks the features of every plan, but the seat and batch limits of the plan you picked at signup still apply. In the last 3 days you will see a banner in the app and get a reminder email.

When the trial ends. If no payment method was added, access to the app is closed and you are redirected to a blocked page. Your account settings and billing pages stay reachable, and your data is not deleted. Subscribe to pick up where you left off.

Upgrade during the trial

  1. Open Billing from the account menu. You need the admin or owner role; everyone else sees a read-only summary.
  2. Choose a plan and monthly or annual billing.
  3. Click Upgrade now and complete checkout. Payment is handled by Paddle.

After you subscribe. The Billing page shows your current plan and a Manage Billing button. It opens the Paddle billing portal, where you change plans, update the payment method, download invoices, or cancel.

The plans. Starter covers 5 users, 50 batches per month, and 500 MB of file storage. Professional covers 15 users, unlimited batches, and 5 GB, and adds ingredient tracking, advanced inventory mode, and the label generator. Scale removes the limits and is sold annually through sales. Current prices are on the Pricing page.

Missed payments. A failed renewal starts a 14-day grace period with full access, then a read-only period of up to 30 days where you can look but not save, then the account is blocked until payment is fixed.

Blocked is not deleted

A blocked or expired account keeps its data. FourFoxes has no automatic data deletion, and admins can export the account's data at any time while they can log in.
