The four roles
- Production Team: batch pages and packaged inventory. Can create and package batches and log instrument accuracy checks. Cannot log CCP monitoring records or open reports.
- Member: day-to-day work across the account, including CCP logging, recall traces, and documents. Cannot change settings or export data.
- Admin: everything a member can do, plus team management, account settings, CCP setup, calibration records, exports, and billing. Cannot manage owners.
- Owner: everything. Only owners can promote, change, or remove other owners. Every account must keep at least one owner.
Send an invite (admin or owner)
- Open Account Team from the account menu.
- In the Invite teammate card, enter the email address and pick a role. You can only assign roles below your own; owners can also add owners.
- Click Send invitation.

The invite goes out by email and expires after 7 days. Pending invites are listed with a Revoke button. Your own email must be verified before you can invite anyone. Plans have seat limits: 5 users on Starter, 15 on Professional, unlimited on Scale.
The invitee clicks the link, creates a login (or signs in if they already have one), and joins with the role you picked. The email they use must match the one you invited.
Change or remove someone. On the member's row, change the role and click Update, or click Remove. A removed member loses access immediately. You cannot remove yourself.
A user can only be active in one FourFoxes account at a time. If your invitee already belongs to another account, accepting your invite deactivates their membership there. If they are the only owner of that account, they must hand off ownership before they can accept.
