Today is the page you land on after signing in. It answers one question: what needs doing right now?
The three counters at the top say it fastest: missed, pending, and open checks. Tap a non-zero counter to jump to the work.
Where the work comes from. The page watches your CCP monitoring cadences. A CCP set to every batch shows a pending check for each open batch until someone records it. A CCP set to every N hours runs on a clock: the check is open before it is due, pending when due, and missed once a full extra interval has passed. The clock only runs while your team is active; an idle day produces no missed checks. Until you set a cadence on a CCP, the page shows "Start tracking your checks" instead.
Missed items pin to the top in a Needs attention strip. Below it, checks are grouped by batch, then facility checks, then instruments due for calibration. Tapping a due check opens the logging form with the CCP and batch already filled in. Production Team users see the same cards but land on read-only CCP pages, since logging needs the Member role.
The Watchlist counts batches ready for packaging and batches ready in the next 7 days; the numbers match the same filters on the Batches list. Completed today collapses the day's finished checks, and the weekly row shows how many of the last 7 days ended all clear.

A missed check is a compliance flag, not a lock. You can still record the check late; it is logged with the real time, and the record notes tell the story.
