Export HACCP logs for an inspection

Open HACCP Reports, pick the master log or one CCP, set the date range, and export PDF or CSV. Two clicks the morning of an inspection.

  1. Open Food Safety, then HACCP Reports.
  2. Click Open Master Log for all active CCPs, or Open Log on a single CCP. If you set dates at the top of HACCP Reports first, the report opens with that range.
  3. Set the Start Date and End Date, or use Last 30 days, Last 90 days, or Full Year for last year. A range can cover up to a year.
  4. Click Generate Report to view it on screen.
  5. Click Export CSV for an immediate download, or Export PDF to have the file generated for you. PDFs take a moment; a status page shows progress and then a Download button.

Each row of the log includes the date, recipe, batch code, package size and count, whether the instrument was calibrated at the time, whether it was suspect, the measured value, whether the CCP was met, corrective actions, and who verified it. The master log groups rows by CCP. Dates in the CSV read month/day/year.

Missed checks that someone acknowledged appear as their own rows, marked Missed (acknowledged). The reason and who acknowledged it are in the corrective actions column.

Instrument photos taken with a reading are included too. The CSV has a Photos count column, and the PDF adds an appendix with the photos, numbered to match their rows.

For pH, the Legacy pH Report link at the bottom of HACCP Reports opens the HACCP pH Testing Log. If a batch was packaged before its earliest package date, that log shows who acknowledged it and when, on screen and in the PDF.

Who can do what: any Member or higher can view the reports. Exporting requires the admin or owner role.

A generated report file expires 24 hours after it is created. Your monitoring records are never deleted. If a link has expired, export again.
