- Open Food Safety, then HACCP Reports.
- Click Open Master Log for everything, or Open Log on a single CCP.
- Set the date range, or use Last 30 days or Last 90 days. A range can cover up to a year.
- Click Generate Report to view it on screen.
- Click Export CSV for an immediate download, or Export PDF to have the file generated for you. PDFs take a moment; a status page shows progress and then a Download button.

Each row of the log includes the date, recipe, batch code, package size and count, whether the instrument was calibrated at the time, whether it was suspect, the measured value, whether the CCP was met, corrective actions, and who verified it. The master log groups rows by CCP.
Who can do what: any Member or higher can view the reports. Exporting requires the admin or owner role.
Download links expire, records do not
A generated report file expires 24 hours after it is created. Your monitoring records are never deleted. If a link has expired, export again.
