Mark a bad batch

Open the batch, click Edit, set Batch condition to Bad, and save. The batch stays in your records with its full history.

Every batch has a condition: Not evaluated, Good, or Bad. New batches start as Not evaluated.

  1. Open the batch and click Edit.
  2. Set Batch condition to Bad.
  3. Click Save Changes.

What changes when a batch is marked Bad:

  • The Batches list shows a red Bad Batch badge on the row.
  • The batch drops out of the Ready to Package and Ready in 7 Days views.
  • Batch Telemetry counts it as a failure, so your failure rate per product stays honest.

Nothing else is touched. The batch keeps its notes, photos, CCP records, and linked ingredient purchases. You can still trace it in a recall.

Batches are never deleted

There is no way to delete a batch in FourFoxes. That is on purpose. A bad batch with a clear record is something you can show an inspector. A missing batch is not.
